It goes without saying that these past several weeks have been challenging for all of us. As you know, our office has been closed to routine dental treatment in accordance with the California Department of Public Health. Dr. Kim and Dr. Wong have continued to be available to treat dental emergencies throughout this crisis. Our team has continued to be available via phone or email to answer any questions you may have.
We will be using our website as a tool to update our patients and our community as new information continues to come to light. We want to be mindful of limiting email communication with our patients to only the most critical information so that our emails do not become an annoyance.
HERE ARE SOME KEY UPDATES REGARDING OUR OFFICE:
The California Department of Public Health has not lifted their order that dentists should be closed to routine dental treatment.
We can continue to treat life threatening dental emergencies.
We are still available to answer your questions via phone or email.
We will be ready to open once the closure order is lifted.
There is talk of dental offices being able to open within the next few weeks, but this is still speculative and subject to change. Our team has been busy preparing for reopening by implementing new safety protocols and techniques. We will be ready to resume patient treatment in a way that ensures the safety of our patients, our team, and our community.
